Planurile individuale de antrenament realizate de Rule 5 Cycling Coaching utilizeaza programul Training Peaks (inclus in toate planurile), care ofera o abordare structurata si informativa a planului de formare. Beneficiile programului includ:

  • antrenamente structurate pe obiective individuale de formare;
  • notificari prin e-mail si telefon;
  • reprezentarea vizuala a antrenamentelor in cadrul aplicatiilor web si mobile;
  • structura de antrenament detaliata, inclusiv incalzirea, setul principal si revenirea / cool down;
  • obiective individuale de formare si valori ale zonelor de antrenament, adaugate dinamic;
  • incarcarea antrenamentului pe dispozitive externe;
  • feedback si analiza in programul Training Peaks acoperite de antrenorul tau, odata ce o sesiune este completa.

Pachete de antrenament personalizate

Program Introductiv 135 EUR pe luna

  • Consultarea completa si prezentarea documentata a trecutului dvs. ca sportiv
  • Auditul stilului de viata pentru a identifica timpul disponibil pentru antrenament
  • Pregatirea unui plan realist de instruire in functie de timpul disponibil pentru antrenament
  • Planuri lunare de antrenament create folosind programul Training Peaks
  • Angajamentul de a raspunde la e-mail si la apelurile telefonice cat mai curand posibil
  • Stabilirea reperelor de performanta
  • Optiunea de rezervare a unei sesiuni unu-la-unu, daca este cazul, la 40 EUR pe ora
  • Transmiterea zilnica a programului de antrenament pentru a doua zi, personalizat in Training Peaks

Program Intermediar 170 EUR pe luna

Programul Intermediar include toate beneficiile Programului Introductiv plus urmatoarele:

  • Intalnire si analiza lunara a programului de antrenament, pe Skype
  • Angajamentul de a raspunde la e-mail si apelurile telefonice in termen de 24 de ore
  • Testare periodica si analiza corectitudinii zonelor de antrenament
  • Sesiune de antrenament unu-la-unu incluzand o ora pe luna si optiunea de rezervare a mai multor sesiuni la pretul de 40 EUR pe ora
  • Analiza lunara a tehnicii de pedalare

Program Avansat 215 EUR pe luna

Programul Avansat include toate beneficiile Programului Introductiv plus urmatoarele:

  • Intalnire si analiza a programului de antrenament, pe Skype, de 2 ori pe luna
  • Angajamentul de a raspunde la e-mail si apelurile telefonice in termen de 24 de ore
  • Testare periodica si analiza corectitudinii zonelor de antrenament
  • Sesiune de antrenament unu-la-unu incluzand 2 ore pe luna si optiunea de rezervare a mai multor sesiuni la pretul de 40 EUR pe ora
  • Analiza lunara a tehnicii de pedalare
  • Dieta si sfaturi nutritionale pentru competitii si pentru un stil de viata sanatos
  • Stabilirea strategiei pentru cursa atat inainte cat si dupa eveniment si analiza performantei din curse competitive
  • “Best Bike Split” – strategia de pacing pentru evenimente competitive
