Included in the entry fee

• Standard accommodation for 3 nights is included with each 4-day EPIC entry fee – bed in Twin room, shared with another rider, starting (check-in) on Thursday, 1st of August (Prologue day), and ending on Sunday, 4th August. Breakfast is included.
• Full 4-day EPIC meal plan, including breakfast, recovery meals for each race day starting on Friday, dinner from Thursday to Saturday and one final farewell buffet party set during the Awards Ceremony after the final stage, on Sunday.
• Fully stocked water & nutrition points on course, including isotonic carbohydrate drinks, fruits and other energy boosting nutrients.
• Parking space for all registered riders.

Available upgrades

• The Standard accommodation included in the 4-day EPIC entry fee can be extended to the 31st of July, the 4th of August, or both days. Each extra day of accommodation has a cost of 60 EUR (breakfast included) and covers the whole room (2 persons).
• An upgrade to a single occupancy accommodation option is also available, at the price of 90 EUR for the whole duration (3 nights). Any extra nights will be charged at the cost of 60 EUR. Breakfast is included.
• Further accommodation options are available on demand and can be personalized for both individuals or groups. Please get in touch with us through the Contact page.
• Supporters pack, including dinners from Thursday to Saturday and the farewell party set during the Awards Ceremony after the final stage, on Sunday. The pack is available for 80 EUR per person and does not include accommodation.

Included in the entry fee

• Trained medical staff / mountain rescue teams on-course and in the Race Village.
• Technical aid points on-course, covering basic tools & repairs for self-made running repairs.
• Bike Wash with included handling, for each race day, for all 4-day EPIC participants.
• Dedicated mechanical team at the Race Village, covering basic adjustments for free and further minor repairs, based on availability.
• All riders registered for the 4-day EPIC race will be given special GPS tracking devices, fitted with SOS buttons. The devices enable live tracking and swift response in case of emergency. The service is offered by the leader in the field, the Swiss company Tractalis.
• Timing services for all stages, implemented with MyLaps, the global leader in digital timing technology.

Available upgrades

• Bike storage facilities with 24h security, at the official Night Bike Park on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The cost of the service is 35 EUR.
• A premium mechanical service, covering guaranteed post-race checks, superior adjustments and repairs, from Thursday to Saturday. Additional costs besides the included services are agreed upon and charged depending on what is required for the repairs. The service is offered at a price of 120 EUR.
• Massage packs covered by dedicated personnel. The 4-day EPIC pack consists of 2 x 25 minutes time slots for Friday and Saturday and 2 x 15 minutes time slots for Thursday and Sunday. The price of the massage pack is 125 EUR.
• Two-way transport from Bucharest Int. Airport for one person and one bike is available for purchase at a cost of 120 EUR. Please be advised that we will get in touch with you closer to the event date to establish which of the following fixed transport time slots you will opt for: Tuesday, 30th of July (16:00) | Wednesday, 31st of July (12:00) | Wednesday, 31st of July (17:00) | Sunday, 4th of August (19:30) | Monday, 5th of August (05:00) | Monday, 5th of August (10:00). If you require a special transport at any other date / time, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Based on your request, we will provide further info regarding possible surcharges.
• Clothes wash service is offered daily and is available for purchase directly at the Race Village main reception.

• Riders’ Lounge & Chill-out Zone for after race recovery.
