Media accreditation

Press accreditation inquiries are open up to the 1st of July 2019. Please make sure to submit the request by completing the accreditation form below. If you are not covering the event alone, the form must be completed for each member of your team with all the requested details. You will be contacted by a member of the PR team as soon as your application has been processed, no later than 14 days after submission.

Limited race entries are also available for members of media. The participation must be announced through e-mail with reasonable arguments to justify the purpose of competing as a journalist. Registration in the race must be made during the period opened for all the contestants!

The accreditation package may include, on a case by case basis, the following: airport transfer for media representatives travelling from outside the country, accommodation & meal plans, access to all the media resources at the event like the Press Office in the Race Village, Start/Finish area access, press releases, official Carpathian MTB Epic photos & video content available for publishing.

Please make sure to provide detailed information about your background and work, showing authentic stories and experience in covering sport/cycling events. Please, do note that all media accreditation & participation requests are subject to review and must contain guaranteed professional media coverage before, during and after the event to be accepted.
