  • individual training targets and zones for each workout;
  • e-mail reminders and mobile notifications;
  • visual representation of your workouts within the web and mobile apps;
  • detailed workout structure, including warm-up, main set and cool down;
  • individual training targets and zone values dynamically added to each workout;
  • workout upload to external devices;
  • feedback and analysis in the Training Peaks software covered by your coach, once a session is complete.

  • Set performance benchmarks
  • Option to book one to one sessions if required at €40 per hour
  • Daily e-mail of your session for the next day using Training Peaks

Intermediate Programme – Pricing on request

The Intermediate Programme offers all the benefits of the Introduction Programme plus the following:

  • Monthly Skype meeting
  • Commitment to answer e-mail and phone calls within 24hrs
  • Regular testing for accuracy of Training Zones
  • One to one coaching inclusive of 1 hour per month and option to book further sessions at €40 per hour
  • Monthly pedalling technique analysis

Advanced Programme – Pricing on request

The Advanced Programme offers all the benefits of the Introduction Programme plus the following:

  • Twice monthly Skype meeting
  • Commitment to answer e-mail and phone calls within 24hrs
  • Regular testing for accuracy of Training Zones
  • One to one coaching inclusive of 2 hours per month and option to book further sessions at €40 per hour
  • Monthly pedaling technique analysis
  • Diet and Nutrition advice for competing and lifestyle
  • Race analysis and strategy both pre and post event and course/circuit scrutiny
  • “Best Bike Split” for pacing strategy for Sportives, Gran Fondos and Racing
