Thank you for taking an interest in joining CARPATHIAN MTB EPIC, a truly unique and challenging stage race, set in one of the last genuinely wild regions in Europe, the Carpathian Mountains in Romania. Registrations are now CLOSED for the 2018 edition.
STEP 1 – Login or Create a new Riders Club account
Entries can be accessed here, on the Riders Club registration platform: Registration link.
You will be required to create a Riders Club registration account if you do not have one already. Please note that if you have participated in past editions of Carpathian MTB Epic or any Riders Club mountain bike events, you already have an account and are no longer required to create one.
The creation process of the Riders Club account requires you to validate your e-mail – you will receive a validation link as soon as you create the account (please check SPAM folder). If you did not receive the validation link, please get in touch with us through the official Contact page. Clicking on the account validation link will grant you access to the entry form, in Step 2.
STEP 2 – Register for the event
Registration for the event can be accessed. Please enter all the required details in the Entry form.
STEP 3 – Entry summary & Payment
Please check that all details regarding your registration are correct.
You can go ahead and pay online through PayU, one of the largest payment platforms in Europe, or make a request to pay through bank transfer. In case you decide to pay through bank transfer, you will be contacted by one of our sales representatives in one business day.
STEP 4 – Entry & Payment validation
Once payment is validated, you will receive an e-mail containing your race number and entry summary / optional extras you selected during registration. Full entry participant lists will be made available at least 2 weeks prior to the event. For any questions related to your presence at the event, leave us a message through the official Contact page.
